Sorry to barge in here, but I had two queen size quilt covers (plus two pillow cases)made from sari material in Seminyak in Sept 2005.
The shop is called ST ISIDOR, located on Jalan Laksmana, across the road from Wrap a Snapper (is at the Jalan Raya Seminyak end, not the beach end). A 5 minute walk south of Geneva.
Made to order with a selection of beautiful sari materials.
Cost: 400,000 Rp each and I was really happy with the workmanship.
Have washed them since came home and no problems with quality.
They are absolutely lovely and I like them much more than the frangipani styles or the batik ones - very unique!
I'm going back for more in Feb.
cheers,
Caroline
