Beach access from rental villa????

I realize this is perhaps a silly question, but bear with me.

We are considering renting a villa such as Villa Kubu in Seminyak.
Although the pool at these villas looks gorgeous, we also like the beach. Is it possible to rent loungers on the beach? Or how do you hang out on the beach (other than just on a towel) if your villa/hotel is not right on the beach?
