you totally. No one can make you sign on the dotted line, unless you want too. There is NO scam, we all know it's time share their offering, they do it here in Aus, usually over the phone at dinner time and you don't know what it is unless you ask/or go along to the presentation. Yes you may loose a few hours of holiday/shopping time but if you get one week free accomodation, are you really loosing?.... No i don't think so, and the accomodation is fantastic! You honestly can't loose one way or the other.
