We've (not surprisingly) had a wonderful time as usual. The daytime isn't too quiet, but nights are amazingly so. You often walk past restaurants and see no customers or maybe only 1 couple or so. People are very worried, and keep asking when will people come back. What can you say?
Security guards everywhere, but often asleep!
We've had some very nice meals, and one of the best was at Indo-national. We were there a few months after Kerry & Milton first opened, and they've done well for themselves. THe food was excellent, and I had the first GOOD salad I've ever had in Bali in 6 years. The dressing was just amazing, and yummy prawns.
Apparently they're having the whole deal for Xmas dinner, the full works, chicken, ham, you name it. Wish we were staying, but....
There is a business I've found on JL LEgian who can make quilts to your design. I've bought from him for many years in a row, and when I've got his card with me, I'll post his name. His prices were good, and he's a nice man. His shop is about 100 metres away from Poppies 2
