Nicno is correct. They are going to renovate both pools. That is the main reason for closing the whole hotel. All rooms will be renovated, ceilings and bathrooms, but Arthawara hopes it will only take 4 months. He also said rubber time comes into it. Contractors are notorious for not finishing on time. They have email addresses and will notify former residents of the progress.
