Hi, stayed there 3 years ago, agree it was tired but a great place to stay. Had friends come back in November, they didnt stay there but were talking to the owners, apparently they are doing a complete paint job through the whole place, not changing the structure in any way (pity, a couple of family rooms would be great as it gets a bit cosy with a rollaway!). It will be great when it is refurbished. We are going in March and staying next door at the Melasti
