After my 2 trips last year, I found that most changers - if they did not advertise there rate as too high - were honest enough. Just don't hand over your money until you have checked what they have given you twice. Be aware of when they give you money that is folded over other notes. I always made a habit of double checking even when they have counted it onto the counter in front of you. Occasionally they tried to rip me off. Cheers
