We have used MC shop four times. The last 3 times we have emailed them and as promised they have been delivered to our hotel without any problems. We have probably purchased over 700 dvds and xbox games from mc and a total of maybe 4 haven't worked. Pretty awesome odds compared to others we purchased at a shop in Legian in Oct (50% of 60 dvds didn't work!).
