The Dynasty packages are for travel 23 Jan - March 31, payable by 15 December, and are through Garuda Orient Holidays, Balionanybudget. Your travel agent should be able to help you. I got a great deal for the Sanur Beach Hotel who also have a 2 for 1 deal.
