WITH CUMI-CUMI [CALAMARI] AND ASPARAGUS

OR

LOBSTER BISQUE
WITH LOBSTER DUMPLINGS SEASONED WITH COGNAC

MAIN COURSE

TRADITANAL ROAST TOM TURKEY
WITH HONEY ROASTED CHRISTMAS HAM, ROAST VEGES, STUFFING AND CRANBERRY SAUCE

OR

AUSTRALIAN VEAL STACK
CHAR GRILLED VEAL MEDALLION LAYERED ON CAPSICAN RELISH,
ROASTED VEGES AND FINISH WITH PORT WINE JUS FILLET

OR

DUO OF FRESH TASMANANIAN SALMON AND BURAMUNDI FILLET
IN TERIYYAKI SAUCE SERVED ON SOBA- SOBA NOODLES,
MISO MUSTARD SAUSE AND SAUTED SPINACH

DESSERT

SOUNDS BLOODY GOOD TO ME , ILL BE THERE WITH BELLS ON.

THERE IS ALSO A LUCH MENU WITH CARVERY , but i think it will be to hot for lunch. also xmas eve menu .
