I think that if it had been busy, the roads would be the only thing to change. The staff in restaurants and hotels are alway super helpful but, as you found, not patronising to the elderly and terrific to children too so why not to the mentally or physically challenged? If Lisa gets chance to go again I don't think she or you should be concerned about that.
