A very hard question - if not impossible to answer....would suggest that no one but the Great Weathermaker in the sky knows the answer to your question re rain and sunshine and the frequency thereof. Lovina is a lovely little place, black sand beaches, good places to eat, friendly people. We were there in October and really enjoyed it. Try the excellent Thai restaurant Jasmine Rice (I think) down the little alley in the main street, fabulous.
