The more of your reports I read, the more I can't believe we didn't see you all. As far as I can work out, we were there for almost exactly the same time, but, anyway, there you go!
I totally agree with you on your comments here and on your earlier JBR; the staff at the Dynasty... especially the towel guys, pool attendants, massage girls and kids club staff (although I guess you wouldn't know about them!) were exceptional. They really made the holiday more than memorable. We would not hesitate to go back there, and in fact are tentatively planning for next September school holidays.
Don't need to congratulate you for accompanying Lisa; I expect you did it because you love your job; and although it provides a special set of problems, what better place to do your work!!
