Couldn't feel safer. We were there 4th til 20th October and didn't hesitate to walk the beach, shop during early evening or even visit a bar or 3. Pelangi is very nice, there were freshening up the room while we were there as they were a little stale. Deluxe rooms are nice but standard rooms are more then ample.
