We are spending Xmas this year in Bali and booked flights on Merpati via a local agent in Bali. The tickets have just been issued (received notice of the charge to my card today)and will be delivered to our hotel in Bali. It is also really easy to book these local flights once you are in Bali, but we were concerned that we may not get the exact flights etc we wanted so booked in advance. No difference in price.
