we found the Kodak money changer in Jalan Padma Utara - almost across from Logi supermarket was honest.It's right next door to a beauty salon.It's only couple minutes walk from the Padma.
Never stayed at the Padma but most hotels have an internet cafe or you will find many close to your hotel.
Our usual laundry is down in a side lane by Matahari (bit far for you)but have also used Pelangi laundry - many people have been happy with this one.It's also close to your hotel.Walk up Padma St away from the beach ,turn left into Jalan Padma Utara.It's the same side as Logi supermarket & La Monde restaurant,almost opposite Garden view cottages.You'll get a huge lot of laundry done for about $4 > $5.All clothes neatly folded,pressed & put in a bag.They do next day service & from memory undies cost about 500 rupiah > 1500 for the most expensive item.
Be very careful if you go into the small supermarket in Jalan Padma - almost opposite Garlic lane.Think it's called " Mira" or something like that.They have a bad habit of regularly making mistakes with the change they give you OR accidentally over charging you !
If you want a great massage there is a place down in 3 brothers lane that is very reasonably priced.It's in the lane that runs down by the side of Bamboo corner restaurant in Jalan padma Utara.It's called Putri Bali & is close to the Sri Ratu hotel & after you walk past Brisbane Tailors.They do great massages & treatments at good prices.1 hour massage in great surroundings only cost 40,000 rupiah,45 minute facials 35,000,manicures/pedicures 30,000,they also do hair & body treatments.You can even get full 2 > 3 hr packages with the works for 110,0000 > 150,000 & even cheaper if 2 people go in at the same time.They usually have plenty of staff available- sorry I can't remember the exact opening hours but I think it's till about 8pm each night.
