Hi,my husband and I purchased some furniture and stonework with the assistance of some guys trading under the name of Dewi Muni Artshop, when we were in Bali in October. We located this company on the internet, and initially had wanted to go with the company Sourcing Bali, however they were fully booked. These guys operate by taking you to different outlets to either purchase or order items. We ordered a couple of dining tables and teak coffee tables to be made to our own measurements, and some stonework from another supplier. We paid a deposit at the time, and approximately two weeks ago, when Dewi Murni advised that our goods were complete, paid the remainder via telegraphic transfer. We have been awaiting further advice to tell us that packaging has been complete and to arrange shipping, however have not had any recent contact. Our e-mails have not been answered, and we are becoming concerned. As well as the goods we ordered in Bali, we gave the guys a couple of other items to ship for us (painting, umbrellas, etc.) and worry that these may have disappeared. Has anyone had any experience with similar situations, or is there any advice on how we should proceed?
Thanks,
Linda.
