coming up in Feb. We usually have a wonderful time but last visit in September not so good. The staff are wonderful but management leave a lot to be desired they overbooked about 20 familes (but you wont have that problem now unfortunately) We normally get pool access rooms and normally they are wonderful. I would request rooms from 109 down because it is quieter we stayed right next to the bridge and not much peace at all on our verandah from people jumping into pool from bridge which went on all day and night. We have opted for a private villa with pool in February so we can have a quiet week. Don't get me wrong we love the place just a few incidents in september like our adult sons were arriving after us and they had cancelled their booking and manager did not want to help us, just said they would have stay somewhere else (not an option) luckily the owner was there and knows us as he seems to always be over from Jakarta when are in Bali. The location is central brekkie always good rooms always cleaned.
