Our friends love roast lamb from Australia it has a different taste to their meat. They usually cut it up and make heaps of sates. I take mine frozen in a cooler bag we live in the central wheatbelt in WA and takes us 2 hours to get to Perth airport, then it is another 6 or 7 by the time we get to hotel in Bali and it is still quiet frozen.
