I'm sure that James Hardie had regrets and said it wasn't their fault. What a dumb statement that is. Les comes onto the forum to promote his business, he is a commercial operator not just another member of the public like everyone else here. If he is trying to drum up business then he should be careful not to mislead. Can you understand that? If it is really of any relevance I have never done business with him and I was replying to Helen's post offering Les as a good source of advice. I wouldn't touch his advice with a barge pole. If you want to, go ahead.
Personally I think travel agents shouldn't be allowed to participate in public forums like this one but that's another matter.
