new to the forum RE: Feb

Hi I am new to the forum and was wondering if anyone was going in february. also where is the best place to stay in kuta we are in our early 20's its our first time.
any first timer advice would be great i have been given a bali Bible which is awsome but anything else we should know??
any help would be appriciated
