My ex-oom mate just took up a room at Bingin beach.
Simple accomodations,
but got it at 2,000,000 Rp the month,
not including meals.
At this time of the year,
you should be able to negotiate prices,
since the surf season is down.
Defintely Dreamland over Uluwatu....
if it's not the waves that you are looking for,
but for the beauty of the place.
But Bingin has plenty more options of places to stay.
Also, at low tide,
you can walk along the beach to Dreamland from Bingin.
