Apart from all the others that people have mentioned, our most favourite in the Tuban area is the C-Line. It is next door to the Santika Hotel (on the airport side). Not huge but spotlessly clean, staff are great, food is superb and extremely economical. Bintangs are always cold, as are the glasses.
Don't tell too many people because we don't want it to get TOO popular.
