Have done it with Garuda & get it priced each time.
Had quotes done for December but as I wanted to stay longer than 21 days & fly Garuda then airfare only was the option.
The package has a min stay restriction & max stay of 21 days.
My last couple of trips (and one coming up) have been airfare only anyway as the packages at the time were not much cheaper at the time or not available.
