i usually book about 3-4 nights with travel agent as it is included with your airfare so sometimes cost nothing to a couple a dollars extra. Then have a look around while over there. This year i rang the hotels from here and got a price and spoke to my travel agent and the wholesaler here beat the price which was even better so i didn't have to search around in Bali.
