They are fanastic, reliable - if for any reason you wnat to change hotels once you have booked them they will change/cancel for you.
They are by far the cheapest website for rooms - and if you read the reviews they seem to be extremely truthful.
I have used them for my trip to Bali at xmas & prior to that Thailand, Laos and Hong Kong.
Never once have they let me down!
