rated as you cannot compare 5 star with budget accommodation. Which Kuta Lagoon is I previously have recommend this hotel but always advised do not get standard rooms also made it quite clear only 2-3 stars if you are lucky. I definately agree with the noise from upstairs and the new manager leaves something to be desired but your comment it is a dump is a bit harsh. Our rooms were always clean pool sparkling and the staff after numerous visits like our second family. If you can stay at KLR for 900 asd including airfare and places like the Mandira and Niksoma are same star rating are 1500 asd including airfare for 1 week you do the math.
