stayed there twice! but second time (was last dec,) no breakfast included, very annoying as we had taken our daughter son in law and 2 boys, and raved about the free breakfast.
after trying to speak to the manager for about 4 days finally asked to see the new villa's and low and behold he appeared.
the staff disliked the manager and said he would be leaving, cant think of his name but just wondered if the "miserable" one still there.
Anyway we did not get brekky inc so told him in no uncertain terms we not stay there again.
shame cos we just love the hotel and pool staff nice too, Putu in the restaurant was especially nice .
