Hi Leonie, yes we'd love to catch up with you and Colleen. We'll sort that out in the next day or two.
We were staying at the Respati when we got a fax telling us that Tuesday's flight was cancelled and we could fly back on Thursday. They didn't move us to another hotel, just told us that they would pay for the two extra nights accom. I've phoned their Perth office today and they said to send them the receipt for the two nights and they'll send me a cheque. Can't be fairer than that. I'll certainly fly with them again.
