Want to tour the capital of Denpasar but with all it's smoke + dust, I've heard that touring is hard on people with asthma.
If its true, what precautions should one take?
I'm, naturally left-handed.
Do the Balanese people really object to the use of the left hand?
I also have a close-cropped facial beard.
Is that going to be a problem?
How about Hawiian-style shirts - are they OK to wear?
Will be visiting 11-1-05 to 12-07-05.
