some may open at 9.30, but mainly 10 am and then close around 9 - 9.30 pm, so you have plenty of shopping time! I usually get up early and catch the sunrise photos and go to the early morning markets for kopi and enjoying seeing the balinese going about their shopping trips for the food for the day, and then having a walk around before the shops open when it's quiet and then go back and check out ones when they have opened.
