OMG that poor poor girl, I strongly beleive in spirits etc etc, each to their own I guess. It might be a good idea to have a Reike healing, I have had Reike a few times and there is DEFINATELY something in it. I hope she gets over the trauma, but as you said it only happens in Bali - hopefully this will allow her to be more at ease, and let her enjoy her trip to Egypt.
