I have just recalled one incident during our last Bali Extravaganza where my 11 year old desperately needed a toilet- for No. 2's! When he has to go, he HAS to go! We were in Legian somewhere, can't remember where, just that we were desperate to find a toilet and quick.
A hotel sprung up out of nowhere. We ran throughout the grounds looking madly for a toilet. Finally found one... it must have been the "workers toilet" - smelly, filthy, outside of kitchen would you believe - looked like it had been affected by a tsunami of sewerage.
Competely unforgettable... but it served the purpose.
