last couple of trips in the last couple of months i have found the toilets to be quite good.Even at the airport.
Only one toilet that still was not up to standard and that is Ramayanas but i always carry wet ones and a toilet roll in my back back as in my opinion when ya gotta go you gotta go,who cares.
