Arrived back yesterday too buggered to post. Police resources were under the pump from the bombing & the lead up to the memorial day commemorations so I called up a favour from an Army (Intelligence) Officer (don't ask, I'll be here forever).
Had a fairly long meeting with him as his concerns mirrored mine about the amount & accuracy of the info. and its sources etc. before acting on it. He is doing the invesigative groundwork with the reg. plate number, compiling related archived forum material & passing this file to his police associates.
