Haven't been in Feb but been in March a few times and yes its hot but the only rain we had was during the night or early morning and it drys up pretty quick.
Only problem I had with that time of year was NO MANGO's!!!!
Wrong time of year they tell me.... was so looking forward to them the first time we went that time of year I couldn't believe it when they told me "sorry wrong season". I didn't realise at that time that there was a season and non season for the tropical fruit I thought it was always the right time of year.
