If you are already in Bali and wanting to book the Scoot Boat from there, go to Tubes (a sort of surfies hangout, bar, restaurant) in Poppies II and ask for Mickey - he works at the desk for the Coconut Surfaris Company - he's a Lembongan local and will fix you up. Say David and Sharon recommended him and that's he'd look after you and he will. Really nice guy.
