We have also recently sponsored a little girl from SD3 Sobangan and I have already laminated a number of Times Tables Charts and letters of the alphabet to take up when we go in November. I am trying to arrange through a friend who knows someone who speaks and writes indonesian to have him do a Balinese version of A is for Apple, B is for Bear so that I can do up some alphabet graphics to take also.
I have also included a packet of drawing pins and will take up some blu tak, hopefully they will put the laminated bits and pieces up around a few classrooms, or maybe the new library.
When taking up books, I assume books written in english aare okay, or should we buy some when we get there?
