Funny you should mention about a tip. It reminded me of an incident I had completely forgotten... whilst I was there last year, I too felt that the lady wanted more than was the original charge and tipped her (have no idea now how much that was - maybe it wasn't enough?!) but she seemed quite unappreciative and made me wonder how much of a tip she had expected. Just something that you have reminded me of.
