Sorry, they are not the same Melasti Beach Resort is at the other end of Kuta in Legian. I don't know the MB Bungalows but Kuta Paradiso is very near the shopping area and Matahari department store (also near the bombing of the Cafe, maybe 100m at most). Sorry, can't help you with the details of the hotel. I'm sure it will be good anyway.
