about this before my last trip to Bali in September 2005. I sent away three rather nice pairs of undies to the hotel laundry and the three pairs that came back were not mine! No-one seemed to know what had happened! We ended up only paying half our hotel bill and getting a refund of the entire laundry bill, but it still didn't compensate me for my loss, and those items are now not available in shops. Obviously I have good taste in undies. I'll know what to do next time. PS the name of the hotel is Sandat Inn 2 off Poppies II if anyone needs a warning.
