A few years ago, we took one of our domestic staff to Australia as a reward for learning English. She had a ball, and even got some work with our neighbours, so managed to earn a few dollars during her stay, which allowed her to buy a motor bike on her return.
It was quite difficult obtaining visa's etc, you need a bit of documentation to prove everything is kosher, and lot's of patience,,, but we perservered, and succeeded.
