Here is a good site to compare policies and costs for travel insurance from the U.S.
It would suggest a package that covers medical, trip cancellation, evacuation, etc.
I would also suggest using a known carrier such as TravelGuard, CSA, etc. The policies are only as good as their name. If you are in Lovina or wherever, and they have never heard of your policy, they may not take your insurance.
Make sure you enroll within the first few days of your first payment for the trip, else you may find yourself with a lot of pre-existing clauses.
