I have been in hotels where kids have been bought these and they procede to shoot birds, cats and other guests. (I'm not suggesting your kids would do this).
I have seen kids hit and they hurt. Imagine getting hit in the eye.
I can't imagine why this woman would want her kids to have them. That's just my opinion of course but my kids were never going to get them.
