i'm pretty sure they are not legal here. My nephew bought one years ago out of a magazine from QLD. I don't hink they sell them anymore as they made it illegal to import them. They fire small plastic balls about 4mm in dia. Very dangerous in wrong hands. He was thinking about bringing one back from Bali in '98 but was told by someone at the hotel that customs would confiscate it,so decided against it.
