best to just text and ask really, prob depends on how much driving you do. i usually pay at the end of the week as i do fulldays, half and just and hr or so. i must say no matter what they charge around these amounts its always well worth it especially with Made Mangku that i use nothing is too much trouble for him. we normally end up paying more than what they ask as a small amount to us makes a huge difference to their lives though..
