After all my family and friends saying I was mad to take my family (2 kids aged 3 and 7) back to Bali...all I can say was thank God I did. What a fanastic holiday we had..10 days of relaxation and fun. The pleasure we saw on the faces of the Balinese who drove us around and the ones we bartered with made it all worthwhile. The underlining comment from all of them was 'Will you come back, can you please recommend Bali to your friends and is your Governement telling you stay away from Bali? My answer was Yes, Yes and unfortunately YES. One Balinese driver made a very valid comment in his broken english....New York has good military...ATTACKED, London has good military...ATTACKED...why don't have travel warnings like Bali.
EVERYONE GO AND BE SENSIBLE and have a GREAT TIME.
