Its probably what I do best OVERPACK! Although I have improved greatly due to the shopping I want to bring home.
We usually take a small first aid kit,bandaids,antiseptic spray, mozzie spray etc and pain killers.Both times my daughter has ended up with an ear infection,most probably from all the swimming so am definately taking aqua ear next time.
And just remember if you take medical supplies from home you can then always give it to a favorite staff member.
