have stayed at both. my choice would definately be the ritz. Basiically the intercontinental is a bit dated and tired, where the ritz is all shiny and new. the only advantage the inercontinental has over the ritz is that you can walk directly onto a lovely beach, where the ritz is pearched on a cliff top.
