I have stayed there twice, once on the bottom level onto the pond and on lobby level towards back and both of these were great, but onto pond was fantastic. We stayed one night in a family room on ground level looking onto main street and the noise from the street was horrendous, not stopping until after 3am. Refused to stay there another night. Otherwise, we love bgh and would definitely stay there again. Massages are to die for! Have a great time
